okay, this is a project that graphs the motion of your cursor. the yellow line is Y (vertical), and the pink is X (horizontal). as an extra, there is a green line, that mathes the direction of the green arrow in the middle. its a bit interesting to see, that when the arrow points down, there is a big jump. that is because when it passes 180 degreees, it goes straight to -180 degrees. POINTS-MODE is a tool to make nice patterns with the graph. when its in points-mode, two buttons appear. a Go/stop-button and a Points button. the number shown in Points is not a score! its the nummber of points. click to change it (it can be between 2 and 4). when "GO!" is clicked, the pointer glides first to point one, then point two, and well, i guess you've got it..:) of course the points are draggable, so you can place them anywhere you want.
