Do what the Scratch Cat says.
During math class, (with calculators on or I wouldn't have done this) I came across this question: By what percent has bert increased his money if he increases $12 to $14. The answer of course is 16.6 repeated. I figured I might make a simple scratch problem to do the rest of the similar questions for me. I refined it a little and here it is!
