I'd remember making this way back in 2001. I'd gone crazy after watching this video. It's not the recreation. It's the actual file. Though if it doesn't work when you download it. It's .avi windows file. Windows XP users only. I guessed this was a prank my cousins made. Basically, The video is just a vid made in windows movie maker with a pic called Oggy.jpg. It's looks officially though. I can't tell if it's real or not. Oggy's eyes have the scary images photoshopped into them. The file is no longer on my computer. Since, I just got a new one... UPDATE: This video was made by Andrew Skinner. The same guy behind Red Mist he added some code that causes people to go Insane. Once they watch it. They'll spread it through emails. DON'T WATCH IT!
