Use the arrow keys to move the car left and right, but watch out for red spikes. The red on them is poisonous, so when the car touches them, it inflates. when it's inflated enough, it will POP! Don't let it POP! (Hint: the car will pop after touching about two or three spikes). Check your time when you lose.
A tutorial online helped me get the idea, but I didn't follow it.
