He Will walk around the halls "fixing" things, and he will not be aggressive to you, but will make a lot of problems. then if he does find you, he will jumpscare you with an interesting noise..... try and avoid him at all costs or he'll get you good. his eyes give him away on the cams, so look for a white glow. oh and he will cause errors, and press space for jumpscare
