(Being a furry I Had to) I kinda understand why people might push us aside because of the more 18+ version of it. but most of the fandom is just children taking their first steps into animation/art, and posting their work for all to see, or people walking around in fur suits, the official definition is furry definition:an enthusiast for animal characters with human characteristics, in particular a person who dresses up in costume as such a character or uses one as an avatar online. see? we are just like everyone else, and there are WAAAAYYYYY worse things on the internet than Animals who act like humans
