Nebula Hog is a interstellar fighter, and can also fly. His weapon, Nebula Burst, fires out waves of deadly stardust at the target, and can create mini-stars to attack the target by swooping downward. If he had the double gear system, he'll use the speed gear, where he dashes super fast and makes super fast bursts as well.
