I will explain the pros and cons of the oc while cat dragon will show the rating. NO RECOLORS. Those will get an automatic 0. Being original is an option, but be sure it's made by you. Be sure the color palette looks nice for the oc. Simple or complex designs will not change the rating as long they look nice. that's basically all I can say other than...REMIX!
