"Testware" is a game inspired from many things, but mostly the Warioware series. If you haven't played the series before, the Warioware series will throw a bunch of short minigames (microgames they call it) one after another, to see how long you can last. They then grow in both difficulty and speed, so don't get too comfortable. So... what's the theme? ANYTHING! ...or at least from a vast selection from them. References necessary.
