Turquoises are usually scouts for Blue Diamond's court, but all Turquoises had been recalled after one that had joined Rose Quartz's army almost shattered Blue Diamond's Pearl. This Turquoise had been a close friend to the one who joined Rose Quartz's army. so when she heard that rebellious Turquoise had been shattered, she ran off to Earth before she could be recalled. While on Earth, Turquoise ran into a secretive Aquamarine, who she suspected had also been on the run. The Aquamarine was hostile at first. Until she realized her "attacker" was a Turquoise, and assumed the Turquoise was running away from Homeworld, just as she was.
