Don't put your cat in one Clan and give them abilities of another, unless it tells why in their backstory and I approve of it. Same goes for half-Clan cats. Loners and rogues may or may not be accepted. It really depends. If your cat is a loner, rogue, or half-Clan, the history is still optional, BUT I am less likely to accept if it is not filled out. For Clan cats I'd like a history but you don't absolutely have to fill it out. I hope I don't look like a control freak with all these rules, but they're there for a reason. Exceptions will be very few and very far bewteen.
