Instructions

Click Green flag, and read notes. Then think what the only colored thing (the flag) is symbolizing. It symbolizes the death and horror of 9/11. Yet it also symbolizes the teamwork and bravery that Americans showed that day when they told together to rescue, help, or comfort others. UPDATE: Flag is now flown at half-staff. ;( Don't forget! #NeverForget And when you stop time; stop the project, everything becomes clear. ;) The flag will always stand tall and fly, no matter what shatters us. In case you don't know, 9/11, or September 11, 2001 was a coordinated terrorist attack of four hijacked planes. One crashed to the World Trade Center 1, another into World Trade Center 2. As the towers collapsed and the rubble settled, another plane crashed in Pennsylvania, and another into the Pentagon. I'm sure you'll learn about it in school in the next few years. A horrible day, I can't even believe someone would do such a thing. Please understand that Muslims aren't bad, they're good. It's just the extremists or terrorists, who interpret Muslim in a violent way, who are "bad". Of course they think what they're doing is right. But, don't think that all Muslims are violent, only some are. Most of them are good people. :) THE PROJECT IS IN AN AE STUDIO?!?!?!??! SERIOUSLY? D:

Description

I just want to say, first of all, that the first responders to the scene were inexplicably courageous to risk their own lives to rescuer others. Second, I feel so sad that 3000 people died. That's three thousand innocent civilians, on their way to work, who just died in an instant. Third, I want to say that violence is never the best solution, and terrorism is wrong. 9/11 was a horrible day, but it also brought us together, to bind us. And together, we went on the journey to defeat terrorism. Osama Bin Laden is dead now, but there's still much work to do. Scratchers, there is a lot to learn from 9/11. War, terrorism, and violence, but also peace, strength, and togetherness. On 9/11, we helped each other, together, to clean up the wreckage and debris to find survivors. Those are my words on 9/11. A horrible day, but it also brought us together. There is much to learn from 9/11. ADDITIONAL NOTE: We shouldn't forget about what happened to Flight 93, ad the pentagon on the same day. The hijacker on Flight 93 was assumed to be heading to Washington D.C., possibly to the White House or the Capitol. However, the passengers on Flight 93 were courageous enough to break into the cockpit and a fight broke out between them and the terrorists. They crashed in Pennsylvania. I just think that it takes inexplicable courage to do something like this. They worked together as a team, and "succeeded". If they didn't crash the plane, government officials could be killed, and America would be left in ruins, without order, and not knowing what to do or how to recover from 9/11. Also, the Pentagon. A plane, on the same day, crashed into the military base, the Pentagon. I'm not sure about the details, but I'm sure many innocent souls died, and brave ones helped each other, tried to rescue. 9/11 is an important date in history to remember, not forget. If you have a story of a family or friend who died or survived that day, don't hesitate to share it. We shouldn't forget about what tragedy occurred that day.
