[NOMINATIONS] 2018 Dhilly Awards [CLOSED]

PLEASE READ- Welcome to the 2018 Dhilly Awards! The Dhilly Awards is an award ceremony where certain scratchers are recognized for their work in the past year. How to nominate a scratcher~ There are three steps in choosing scratchers to receive an award. The first one is the nomination for the award, the second is the voting on the most popular nominees, and the third is the final vote tally and results. This step is about nominating scratchers for an award. In the comments say which scratcher should be awarded for each category. Rules- 1. The scratcher must have shared at least five projects during 2018. Fillers do not count. 2.You cannot nominate yourself. 3. You must follow the comment format shown in the project (press space). 4. Nomination comments that do not follow this criteria will not be counted. The nominations close on December 3rd! I'm going to delete the comments that are not nominations just to keep things organized. :)
