If anything seems broken, hopefully it has nothing to do with my amateur coding skills, but the most likely scenario is that the game has just lagged out and screwed up. My suggestion is to press the green flag, wait 3 seconds, and press it again. You should be all set! Only problem is that it will totally restart the game.
