ok here we go 1, art theift Personally, i dont think its as terrible as people make it out to be. i mean, its not ruining your art career (unless the art stealer is more popular than you). now, i never had any of my art stolen because my art is bad, nor are anything i draw is cats and/or furries, so MAYBE it is as bad as people make it out to be. also on that topic, basically anywhere you post your art (wether that be Scratch, Youtube, DA, ect) there ARE going to be tracers and there ARE going to be art stealers. here is a quote from the scratch wiki: "There have been many complaints of users 'stealing art' and 'recoloring'. There have been many suggestions suggesting a feature which allows the user to disable remixing. However, this suggestion has been turned down many times mainly due to the motto and Creative Commons license. Any projects that threaten remixes should be reported." 2. unfair banning ok this one is just a quote from the scratch wiki: "Often, users complain about the Scratch Team unfairly blocking users. This is especially the case with popular Scratchers. Whilst the Scratch Team does occasionally make mistakes, it should be noted that they don't enjoy blocking and that they prefer not to do it, if at all possible. They do not block Scratchers 'just because it's fun', or block specific users because they don't like them, and always try to be fair." so the scratch team does not like blocking people, its more of A. a mistake or B. someone began mass reporting (i think the project gets taken down automatically and the project maker gets somekind of punishment after enough reports) and last but not least 3. Scratch 3.0 i've seen tons of projects ranting on scratch 3.0, and from what i have read, they want scratch 2.0 with more blocks. what. no version of scratch, whether that be 1.x, 1.4, 2.0, or 3.0, is perfect. i said it, scratch 2.0 is not perfect, you can begin hating me now. yes, we have are opinions on which one is the best, but when you get down to it: all of them have flaws. the scratch team is aware of this which is what lead to these changes in scratch 3.0. they likely thought these changes were in the right direction, until 3.0 got all of this backlash for things that they cant fix due to 3.0 coming soon, and its likely they don't want to delay 3.0. maybe scratch 3.1/4.0 will come out soon after 3.0 to fix these issues? ok thats my thoughts thanks for reading bye
