Thank you to @Jeila for saving me from the clutches of art block :) As soon as I saw the aesthetic for neutral, I remembered my trip to Kyoto and felt compelled to recreate the lighting I witnessed. I will note though that I took some creative liberty in adding contrast to the otherwise natural setting. I always love saturated colors, so this neutral piece is slightly tailored towards my own tastes haha. ✐ But whew... this project took so much time. Three to four hours spent each day over the course of a week. This piece is the embodiment of my Thanksgiving break haha. I think it was worth it though! I'm elated at the result I achieved. I love the rich feeling of sunlight mixed in with Spirited Away music and hopefully I conveyed it well enough through my artwork, music, and the glowing particles. ✐ But moving on to the programming of the project! You can look around the area using your mouse and click to zoom out of the piece to see it in a broader scope. Press space to look at my process artwork. You can see how I drafted a sketch, laid down base colors, and went into detail from there. Feel free to ask me any questions about the piece or the process! ✐ Credits and Specifications: Music - Spirited Away, The Name of Life Software - Photoshop CS5, 3300x2000 px Hardware - Wacom Intuos Pro M
