Go ahead and use any program you want to color it, and also you can change any markings you want. 1st place: their coloring design will be official. They also get a full color and shaded picture. :D 2nd place: Gets a full color-and-shade picture of their character(s) 3rd: gets a full color picture of one of their characters.
