Sequel to my Sonic 2 (that was going to be the sequel because this is from sonic 1, lol) Title Card maker, it's not very accurate. It is missing some shadows. But everything works fine. Change the text how you like, the font used in Sonic 1 Title Cards is "Century", and it is common in many computers (unlike gaslight and mushroom hill fonts) the ACT text is made of sprites so it doesn't change, just the number
