this CC is very fitting to moonspirit's new backstory. she is a robot, and wants to know if scarpelt will still love her. (he does, because he wanted to know if anyone really loved him, then moonie here came along, and even though she's a robot he still loves her because she loves him. but moonspirit doesn't know it). and she feels emotion because she found the Kokoro program but it was too much for her hard drive and her memory was deleted, and then she was raised by thunderclan, and they did not know she was a robot. the red and blue stuff are wires.
