( Ok i know this limits the ammount of people who can join the map but you CAN join if you are not a doctor who fan. but you MUST have an idea of what to animate! and if you dont then ask me! and if you do and you are not a whovian please clarify it with me to make sure it is cannon.) - Cannon ships only! (eg: Rose + Doctor) -PLEASEE PLEASE PLEASE (i can not stres this enough) ACTULALLY animate it! i dont mind things like hair blowing in the wind as long as it is smooth but please dont just do still pictures or blinking motions! its incredibly boring!!! And plus dr who is all about running and fighting aliens and yadda yadda. (But that doesnt mean you have to make only run cycles omg) -Humaaans pleaaaaase no cat/ pony versions! -You can have any doctor and any companion! (But not like 9 with Dorothy because wibbley wobbely timey whimey stuff) -PLEASE DO IT IN 1.4 and do not open it in 2.0! otherwise i can not download it and put it all together! -Only 3 parts max! unless absoloutely no one is joining. -Try not to all animate the same thing (look at what the others have animated if they have already shared their part -Include a doctor who quote hidden in your comment to make sure you have read all of the rules! -if you need a part cut just ask me but its really not that hard to figure it out. -you can download scratch 1.4 here: http://scratch.mit.edu/scratch_1.4/ -include a link with your best animation so i can decide if i will accept you in the map! -if i dont reply to you in 42 hours either i have grown flowerd on my back and turned into a goat or you dont get the part. -please do not moan or be mean if you did not get the part. other maps will be coming without as-strict-a rules as this one, so you can go for those. -if you need a part to be ever so slightly longer or shorter just ask!
