Jounce Woman, created by Neon Giga and Turbo Terra. She's for studying animal life cycle. She can also triple jump, and runs fast!? Her weapon, Jounce Hoppper, throws out a rubber balloon towards you. If she had the Double Gear System, she'll have the Speed Gear, and races you while fighting, and yet extends the stage.
FUN FACTS: Her most favorite character is Bugs Bunny. She hates any meat, so she's a vegetarian, and loves to eat carrots.
