This is my OC, Hummingbird. She is a wanted assassin that everyone thinks is evil and ruthless but she's actually kind of lonely. She was an orphan that was raised by lowlives and tricksters and was always made fun of because of her small size and hesitance to kill. Detailed Explanation~ Hummingbird was born in a group of cats living in the mountains, a civilization known as the 'Tribe of Rushing Water'. Her mother, Owl With Feathers of Snow, and her father, who remains unknown, were snatched away by an eagle when she was still a young kit. Hummingbird could have frozen or starved, but Cinder, her foster mother, had been on a mission to explore the territories outside the kingdoms. Cinder named her Hummingbird after her musical nature and belief in "Smart guys and fast guys and sneaky guys defeat evil guys!". Hummingbird's real name is, however, Dawn of Rising Tide. Picked on by Cinder's real son, Scorch, and his friends, young Hummingbird was determined to prove them wrong. Which led to being top assassin on Gecko Street, her 'lovely kithood play area', NOT. Hummingbird became famous for her skill and feared by every cat in the her kingdom, as well as the surrounding ones. Under the pressure of being the best, and the grief of being rejected by all cats who knew about her, she became lonely, angry with herself, and questioning her standards. A moon later, Hummingbird was sent on a mission to kill a cat by the name of Raccoon. But when she met him, she didn't want to kill him, so she pretended to be a cat by the name of Sparrow. Hummingbird wasn't due to report until moons later, so she got a settled into Raccoon's kingdom, getting to him know better. After a while, she told Raccoon the truth about her true identity. When Hummingbird reported back to Gecko street, she said that the job was done, but she needed to be stationed in the bordering kingdom so that she could investigate it further. She left as soon as she got permission and Hummingbird disguised herself as Sparrow. After spending even more time with Raccoon, they became mates. After a season, Hummingbird was expecting kits. When they came, she handed them over to Raccoon to hide them away. When Hummingbird next reported, she was sent on another mission, this time to kill a cat named Jay. Hummingbird put on her disguise and claimed to be lost, often visiting Jay's shop to get information. She didn't kill him, though. After freeing Pearl, another cat with a negative reputation, they ganged up and Hummingbird told Jay, a shopkeeper with a dark past, a version of the truth. Then a bunch of other stuff happened.
