(No additional effect) Hoof Clap: Type - Normal Category - Special Power - 40 Accuracy - 100 The user claps its hooves together on the target. The loud noise lowers the Defense of all Pokemon on the field. Myth: When this Pokemon is sent out, all Pokemon on the field will become confused. Scientist's Notes: I released her into the great Pacific, and she seems very happy! Watch the fins though, she might get mad and cut you with 'em. Oh yeah, I wouldn't touch her tail either. You'll get fish-slapped.
