I think this is gonna be my new OC XD I'm really sorry it's just done in Scratch. I was going to use ChibiPaint and upload it on a site called ChickenSmoothie, but I'm on a new computer so it isn't downloaded and I don't want to mess with that... same with my art tablet's program... (and art tablet) so I started out doing a FlockMod with myself, but I messed up the layers so it was totally destroyed. Thennn I tried it out on vector, after which I promptly realized I should've used Sumopaint then just uploaded it to Scratch, but it was too late. Then I got to the point where I needed fill bucket which is pretty much impossible on vector so I converted it to bitmap and finished it. Sorry....

I did the art XD Oh, so basically, technetium was the first discovered element that is only man-made. (There are only tiny itsy bitsy amounts in nature) That's why he's walking on a conveyor belt- it symbolizes a factory, like it was being made. All known forms of technetium are radioactive, so that's why he's covered in radioactive symbols. Technetium is my favorite element ever! <3 I had a ton of fun with this. Now I'm going to claim him as my new OC *runs off*
