Okay. So I got challenged to do the Scratch Ice Bucket Challenge, so I said all right, I'd do it. The one thing I want you to know: I support ALS patients and all, but I'm not doing this particular ice bucket challenge for ALS. I'm doing it for Aicardi Syndrome. You probably don't know what that is. Aicardi (eye-CAR-di or ay-CAR-di) Syndrome is an extremely rare form of epilepsy that affects only girls. It is so rare that only a few thousand people around the world have it. Aicardi is characterized by the absence of the corpus collasum, which holds the two halves of the brain together. Children with Aicardi will have seizures from infancy, as well as mild to severe intellectual to developmental disability. Since so few people have it, not much is known about treating it, and right now there are ways to slow it down or improve the symptoms, but there is no complete cure. Why do I care? Because my young cousin has Aicardi Syndrome. And I'm doing this for her. Take the challenge to support her and other girls with Aicardi and help other people know more about it! To find out more about Aicardi, go to https://aicardisyndromefoundation.org/aicardi-syndrome/ And now, since this is the IBC, I suppose I must challenge somebody. I challenge: 1. @lexigirl451 2. @EmmaKat 3. @Azure99 (you can use my/humdinger41's bucket and water and just draw your charries if you want, lol X3 They're on different sprites.)
