this is strange. she is the doctor's ghost companion. her story is that she was thrown on the street when she was 3. 7 days later, Strange was walking around town and she stops in front of a Police Box, she sees a man step out of it and look around. She stared up at him and tuggs on his overcoat. She gets the doctor's attention and she asks for warmth, the doctor picks her up and brings her into the police box. Strange wondered why it was so big on the inside... but then the doctor introduces himself and asks her what her name was. Strange didn't have a name, so the doctor called her Iris. Iris and the doctor went on adventures together. when Strange became 19, they were under attack by daleks, the doctor was about to be exterminated, but Iris jumped in the way of the laser and saved his life. and now she remains a ghost and helps out the doctor and was given the nickname Strange because she was unnatural.
