An inactive nation/tribe is a nation or tribe that hasn't remixed in 21 real days or in 18 remixes. I will be the main user adding nations to this list, but you can add too. But remember: a. Do not add nations for no reason or to annoy users. b. Make sure that this nation's creator hasn't remixed in a while. (see above) c. Be on the lookout for if the inactive nation's creator has remixed. Rules a, b, and c are rules 12, 13, and 14, respectively. 15. Don't change the thumbnail or its scripts.
