He is what I call a lesser comet dust lifeform. (if he was a greater comet dust lifeform, he would be, like, a tiger or something). He crashed on Earth on accident (he was heading to Mars). Potato (the orange fox) found him, and Houston decided to follow him. Potato showed Houston "Earth life" by just living life every day, while Houston reacted dramatically or watched carefully or took notes. Potato gave him the hoodie that he loves so much and has allowed Houston to meet many more friends. EDIT: He was going to Mars to study, but he decided that Earth would be great, too. Every week he reports back to his fellow comet dust scientists about life on Earth. He finds some things odd here, and he talks funny. Like, for example, instead of saying "soda", he would say something like "artificially flavored, carbon-dioxide infused can beverage". Something like that. He says that the downside of space travel is his crazy allergies. He seems to be allergic to everything outside of his planet, but he copes somehow. Earth doesn't give him as many allergies as other planets, though. He has a small obsession with tubas.... Oh, speaking of tubas, I got the picture off of Google.
