Simulates random level-up values for Pokemon games. Choose a level, and click on a Pokemon. If the Pokemon you want is not there, find that Pokemon's base stats on a website like Bulbapedia and add that to the random level-up bonuses. To have a random level assigned, hold down SPACE as you press the green flag and enter a minimum and maximum level.
