Basically, this version of Memelord from an alternate dimension got in a huge battle that left him pretty much dead, but suddenly technology was like "yeet" and scientists turned him into a cyborg. Memelord's new form is even more powerful than the regular Memelord (if that's even possible), and the metallic parts are near-invincible.
