Story: Neo/Venom/Viper was a normal cat until one day he was kidnapped by humans. These humans used him as a test subject injected many different "potions" into him. One, made his used to be gray markings glow a bright green. Another raised Neo's intelligence, making him smarter that the better-than-average human. Later on, the group of humans was arresting for animal cruelty and Neo escaped. Neo tried to return to his home but everyone rejected him as if he were a stranger. Eventually, he met Elisa (human) who was an expert hacker who did jobs for people. Using Neo's very high intelligence, Elisa trained him in hacking and human language. They became unseperable and are the ultamite hackers on the planet
