There were once five warrior Clans: ThunderClan, ShadowClan, RiverClan, WindClan, and SkyClan. However, a force wiped out all the cats except five of them. Bloodfang, from ThunderClan, survived by digging a den underground and staying until it was over. Sunblaze, from WindClan, covered herself completely in moss. Bonetail, from ShadowClan, survived by finding a sheltered spot and bringing life-saving herbs just in case. Fieldfur, from RiverClan, survived by crouching down in a patch of very tall grass. Last, but not least, Sandclaw, a cat from SkyClan, survived by clinging to the feet of a large bird.
Bruisetail is still alive and well as BoneClan's medicine cat, and also Icestar's littermate. However, Nightsplotch was killed when he ran into a tree while fleeing an attack from a rather dangerous little bird.
