Anti-Spam! This project will stop anyone from saying the same thing twice in a row, and stop them from saying stuff too quickly (refresh time). Each of these counts as 1 spam. If your spam reaches "SpamChances" You will be silenced from the chat for "BannedTime" seconds. 1 problem with the chat, you chat to yourself...
