Start the camera with the green flag. By clicking the icon at the top, you can switch between different types of sounds (birds, rhythms, and recorded sounds). You can make sounds by making motions in the three squares on the display. You can switch between different sounds by the upper-arrow key. By increasing the value of "threshold" you can increace the sensitivity to the movements.
