- Follow ALL scratch guidelines - No discrimination of any kind (the only kind in the world of Agarti is job, bloodline, criminal history, and wealth, even that is VERY rare) - Keep anything off-topic to a minimum. - Don't get surprised if you don't read these rules and get in trouble - NO PROFANITY! Covers are allowed, just don't cover excessively. - Don't ask to curate/manage. - If an fight starts out of RP, contact an admin and do NOT drag other users into the fight. Period. - You can start a fight IN RP (using your char) with no rule breaking. - No killing without permission of the owner of the character. - IF YOU COMMIT IN-GAME CRIME AND GET CAUGHT: ~ You go to court. Lose money for lawyer. If you/lawyer win, you are let go. If you lose, you get a prison sentence. ~ You can attempt a breakout. However beware, if you are caught/stopped you get more time and additional security! ~ Once your jail time is up, you are let go with some guards. ~ If you are in jail for out-of-RP crimes, breakouts are NOT possible. - RESPECT ALL ADMINS, MODERATORS, AND LEADERS. THEY ARE THERE FOR A REASON. - Moderators are allowed to have up to 3 extra "cop" characters with extra powers. These include weak elemental powers, short flight, and temporary invisibility. They also have the power to revive slimes. However, even these must be approved by a leader! If somebody breaks rules/kills without permission, these characters have a duty to rush to the scene and revive the killed people, stop the rule breaker, and report back to the admins and leaders. - No loopholes - No making other animals
CONSEQUENCES *WILL ONLY HAPPEN IF CULPRIT VERIFIED*: ----- If necessary, punishments will be modified to fit the crime.----- ~~~~~ You have 1 warning before punishment unless stated. ~~~~~ - If you are caught starting rumors/making alliances to win fight, that's an kick-out for 6 months. Your characters will be thrown in prison for that time and you will lose half your RP wealth as well as your home(s), 1/4 your mass, and 1 char (if you have multiple characters). No making chars to back you up if you do this. - If you are caught discriminating, you get kicked out for 8 months. You lose ALL wealth, home(s), one char has lifetime prison, you lose 1 character (if multiple), all characters have 8 months. - Profanity gets you 1 month in jail for all characters and 10% of your wealth. You can't come home for 2 months. - In-RP crimes you can attempt to break out. Information in instructions. You also can go to court, or choose not to and just take jail. There is bail, but it is VERY expensive and you will be still watched over. In court you can plead guilty/not guilty, or just skip court and go straight to jail. *BAIL NOT POSSIBLE IF YOU SKIP* Friends can also bail/pool money to bail, but it must be another user, not your own characters freeing each other. - Making your own char too OP has 2 warnings. You lose [number of times acted OP after warnings] / 10. If you acted up 1 time you lose 1/10, two 2/10 etc. If it goes on past 10, the money is your original amount (before fines) and it goes into the negatives. CRIME INFO: - If you do something, other players in the chain can see and call police. People cannot call police for no reason. If you do, that is an in-RP crime. They can leave a notice and a link to your comment. Other people with cop characters can follow and join the chase to catch your character! If ANYONE except moderators/admins acts too OP, that is an out-of-RP crime (look up). Cops MUST leave once the chase is over. The active hunt can lasts if the cops give up, suspect is caught, or 1 in-RP day follows (no making days longer/time-skips!). - IF YOU MURDER WITHOUT OTHER PERSON'S CONSENT THAT IS CONSIDERED OUT-OF-RP CRIME. Same goes for stealing very valuable items, wether in money or to the character themselves. You can, however, pickpocket small amounts of money or non valuable goods. Thieves, however, should beware that the others can call the police and start a parade of cops looking for the culprit!
