Sea waves splashed against the bright, sandy shore. There lay an animal, tired and lost. What appeared to be a red fox, made an effort to lift her fragile, small head. She failed. Her leg ached and she couldn't look at it. Her breath heaved as she tried to lift her head again. Another fail. Why can't I do it? She thought. Suddenly, she felt her eyes drooping, she felt herself losing consciousness. There was nothing in this world, but the feeling of the ebb of icy water on her paws, the sound of waves and the warm sand pressing against her orange flank. Everything was black... everything was slipping away. The comfort of sleep was getting to her. Not comfort- temptation. She gave in. --- I'll write more later. I think everything but the last paragraph was bad.. Don't worry, children! She recovers when she is found by humans. This is my first time doing lineless on scratch and actually succeeding, okay?
