Elmo is chasing Eggman,Luigi,Munchars,Mario,Scratch Cat,Sonic,Spongebob,Squidward, Tails,Goku,Lugia,Superman, dude in yellow, the eevee brothers, runner guy, dog and 3D Dragon. ImagineIt made the spike part. I added the dog and lightning strike.
