The EU wants to ban memes with Article 13, but what does the 13 in Article 13 really mean? We're about to find out. A good old short project that only goes through one music loop and that I can actually do in one go. Yay! Note: I may have made this as a non-serious project, but Article 13 is a serious threat to the internet. It's not just the memes that are affected. With it, lots of content, including the types of Scratch projects I make, are in great danger. Even the default project would be illegal because it contains a sprite of the Scratch Cat, which us Scratchers don't legally own. And the worst part? The EU officials actually voted in favor of it.
