CONTROLS Use the arrow keys or the A/D keys to change direction. Press the space bar to hit the ball. Click and drag your mouse to adjust the power and spin. SAVE CODE Click "Options" and then "Code" to get your save code! RULES The goal of golf is to complete each course with as few strokes as possible. There are 9 holes in a course. Each hole has a "par", which is how many strokes are expected to complete the hole. If you go significantly over par during a hole, it will automatically end. Make sure you don't hit the ball too hard near the hole, or else it'll go too fast to go in the hole! AWARDS Par the course to win a bronze trophy. Get at least 3 under par for the course for a silver trophy. Get at least 5 under par for the course for a gold trophy. You will also be awarded money for completing a course. OBSTACLES Here's what happens if the ball touches these obstacles: Walls – The ball will bounce off of walls. Sand – The ball will be slowed down. Water – Redo your last stroke, with a penalty. Puddle – The ball will not slow down or spin. Hills – The ball may travel up or down these inclines. Leaves – Scatters leaves that may be hiding something. Wind – The ball will automatically curve to the left. Wall Glitch – Redo your stroke without penalty. If there's anything else about the game that is unclear to you, let me know so I can add it to these instructions! ===== UPDATES ===== 7-2-2018 (Version 1.0): The game was posted, and subsequently edited by fixing cloud data and adding more unused elements to the "Notes" sprite. 7-9-2018 (Version 1.1): Now, if you get a new record, the variable showing the Scratcher's username will become blank. However, this is not a cloud variable, so it won't stay blank. I have also prevented myself from getting a world record, because it only makes sense that the creator of a game is a professional! 7-12-2018 (Version 2.0) You can now get a save code for your game! The only thing that won't save is your Average Score. Click "Options" and then "Code" to get your save code. Post your progress in the comments or elsewhere! Welcome to "Super Golf", the largest and best mini golf game on Scratch! Traverse through 9 different courses with 9 holes each, for a total of 81 holes! Earn money to buy new golf balls, clubs, and utilities to help you win the gold! Once you have, try to get all 18 achievements and compete among Scratchers for a world record! Despite the constant responsibilities of life, I have been slowly working on this game every summer since Summer 2014. This is my biggest and best project yet. Try remixing this project, and make your own holes! Click "See inside" for instructions on how to do so. By the way, all my records were actually achieved by me, with the standard golf ball and club, and without any utilities.
