I did the outline of the dress on Scratch, and did the shading and other details and designs on Pixlr :) The backgrounds were also made on pixlr (THERE ARE 4 DESIGNS IN TOTAL) The red one is inspired by Katniss Everdeen's "Girl on Fire" dress, and the rest are just random :P lol
