This is Scarlet from The Lunar Chronicles. This was made all on scratch. She is in love with a man she calls wolf., Who was involved in the kidnapping of her Grand mother. The men (including Wolf) who took her grand mother are man/wolf hybrids. Wolf lured Scarlet into a trap where they kept her in a prison. He helped her escape from the prison and tried to save her grand mother but they killed before they could save her. In a nut shell its a really long book.
