its a wolf. this to me represents the fact that in life, we run away. We aren't certain away from what exactly, but we say it is death. but once we die and go to heaven, we say, "i wonder why i wanted to run away from here. it is a bliss. like life's main goal is to get to Heaven." Life is like running through a meadow full of soft grass and beautiful flowers. Somtimes the sun will go down and the world will be dark for a while, but the stars will come out and light your way until the sun rises and all is bright and happy again.
