Animal! Backstory: When Twinkle was a kitten, she lived with other neon-furred cats like her. All of them possessed teleportation powers and a bright glow, but her sparkling chest fur is unusual, even among her own kind. One day, she ventured to far, and ended up in the hands of the humans. (If it is OK, I think they should have some system in the facility so that nothing can teleport out of it)
