Dutchey belongs to @BCRises. As I was getting very good at vector recently, I decided to make the artwork in vector :) I'm actually surprised at how good my vector CatPika and Dutchey turned out :) Btw, the artwork's to celebrate @BCRises' 11th birthday. Happy birthday, @BCRises! Besides, 'some random project' will be released soon, don't worry.
