IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU READ THIS FIRST So, uh, yeah, click that flag a few times, hope your computer's fast enough, and cross your fingers? +++++ And YES I know this is pretty bad. I was trying to get this done. So, anyway, there's a lot going on here, so I'm going to explain what's going on with the character here, not necessarily his personality and stuff (that'll be the second part of my DTAE, maybe a day after I share this if I have time). But before I can explain that, I have to go and explain this. (I usually have bad luck at DTA's when I try to explain my crazy stories, so I'll keep this one short) So basically these human archaeologists get away with taking their cats on an expedition, but bringing their cats upsets the balance in the spirit world in the pyramid, so their cats (blue, tan, pink) are on a quest on with this half cat half ghost (brown and yellow) to restore balance or whatever by finding these artifacts. So basically, a long, long time ago, the DTA character (who I'll be calling Lamdahb, which is a mixture of the Arabic words for 'mineral' and 'shiny') is a lower prince with Greek heritage? His best friend (seen in the flashbacks) is also his only friend, and will grow up to be ruler. They have an argument one day, which was also the day his friend was supposed to be crowned, but Lamdahb accidently turns his friend into gold (that's where the Greek comes in). Everyone else assumes that he did it on purpose so he could rule, so they throw his in some storage room, as all the jail cells had been filled (um....). The "storage room" keeps him immortal for centuries... well not immortal. More like it slows down the aging process (like it takes 100 normal years for him to gain a year... am I losing anyone?). So he was stuck there, with no friends. :( Fast forward to the present. The blue cat runs in ahead of his friends and meets Lamdahb, and the two have a lot in common. When the blue cat wants to leave, he and Lamdahb argue and Lamdahb turns him to gold on accident. That's when Lamdahb realizes that if he keeps the blue cat that way, he'll have a friend with him for the rest of eternity. So when the rest of his crew runs in, Lamdahb decides to brag about he's such a great friend (he may have slowly aged, but he's still a sad, lonely kid) so he can later trick them and turn them to gold and keep them forever. He traps them using a gold wall, and he also has earth-shaking powers... The eagle figurine is one of the things the cats need to restore balance, but it's one of the things Lamdahb's friend gave to him, so of course he won't let them leave with it. And, yes, once again I know this is bad. :) ++++++ Shiny from the movie Moana Pyramids from Google Images Everything else by me
