This is an idea for the Scratch Team. Imagine playing your favorite Scratch projects, anytime, anywhere! This is a handheld system that you could play Scratch games on. How? Let me explain. On the Scratch website, you'd be able to order blank cartridges. Then, once you receive the cartridges in the mail, you would put one of the blank cartridges in the ScratchTron (which you also order on the Scratch website.). You can make your own Scratch projects directly on there or you can enter a code that would make one of your Scratch Projects that you made online be downloaded to the cartridge. (Each Scratch Project would have its own individual code, according to what scripts it has, its art, etc.) Then you can play your favorite Scratch projects anywhere! There would be a few new options in the if __ key pressed script. That would be the buttons on the ScratchTron. So, that's my idea. Please at least CONSIDER this idea for the future. It would make you some money, and it would make lots of Scratchers happy. Oh, and here are all of the buttons: Front: blue, left: directional pad (up, down, left, right) blue, right: b, a, x and y buttons bottom three buttons: green flag, power, stop sign the dots on both sides: speakers the rectangle: screen (it's a touch screen, btw) the two circles at the top: camera and microphone Back: gray circle at top: another camera blue buttons: L and R buttons the rectangle at the bottom: That's where you insert the cartridge. Back- Open That's where you can store cartridges. Left: blue button: L button the gray rectangle: volume control Right: blue button: R button gray circle: headphone jack yellow rectangle: charge port (this is where you'd plug in the charger cord, which comes with the ScratchTron if you order it online.) Top: That button is the see inside/see project button. Bottom: That's where you insert the cartridge. So, thanks for reading. -M6
