Instructions

Here's a badly drawn vector Vulpix for this amazing rp! Bio typed up here: Name: Kiara (means "bright" or "first ray of sun" ) Gender: Female Ultra Shiny? Yes Species: Vulpix Relative age: 14 Personality: Kind, smart, emotional, pushover, brave (ish), funny when comfortable with you, a bit obnoxious, over-thinks eveyrthing, very eager to please, anxious all the time, introverted, quiet, smart Other: She actully hates that she is a fire type, and feels like fire just destroys. She grew up in the town. Her father took care of her. He was a normal Ninetails. Her mother apperently was an ultra shiny, but left after she was borm. She was badly bullied, and that led to a lot of self-hate and depression. She also always wished for an adventure beyond her normal life. Extra things not in project: Likes: Reading, singing, going on advatures, flowers, magic in general, tea Dislikes: fake friends, people doing things for her, fire, loud noises Short story/backstory: Kiara stared at a little flower, starting to blossom. She stared as if she was afraid to touch it, as if something that small and fragile was just to be stared at. Kiara sighed, wishing she had the beauty of the flower. In fact, Kiara wished a lot of things, these days. "Oh, look! It's that evil Ultra Shiny!" Yelled a Sylvion. "Careful!" A butterfree next to her cautiouned. "What's she going to do, blast us with her fire?!" The Sylvion (who's name was Sapphire) demanded. Kiara bit down the tears theretening to ascape her eyes, and stared at the flower, ignoring Sapphire. "Hey, you! Look up! Or are you stupid as well?!" Sapphire smirked, stomping in front of Kiara, and onto the little flower. "No, wait!" Kiara protested, but it was already done. She gritted her teeth and looked up at Sapphire. "You have no right to do that!" Kiara said. But, then, Kiara heard the footfalls of another pokemon, her teacher. "Sapphire, is Kiara botheirng you?" "Y-yess, teacher." Sapphire answered, fake tears brimming in her eyes. Ms.Blossom glared at Kiara. "You are awful! I don't know why Sapphire even spoke to you! Your kind shouldn't come near my students!" Ms. Blossom snapped. Ms, Blossom turned away briskly, not seeing Sapphire and the butterfree come up from behind Kiara, and shove her to the ground. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "So, how was your day?" Kiara's father asked. "..." "Again?! Look, Kiara, you can't just hide from your problems." "That's really clishe... Plus, I'm fine." Kiara said, looking at the ground. Her father sighed. "What was it today?" "Sapphire shoved me, called me names, and worst of all, stomped on this little flower I had been watching and protecting for months!" "Is that all?" Her father said, raising an eyebrow. "I know, I know, there's worse things going on... I... I just wish I could be happy... I wish I knew what's wrong with me, and why everyone hates me so much!" "Kiara, you're like a flower in many ways. You know that all things, no matter how small, have life." "Yes, and I'm terrible, and bring only pain and destruction!" "No. You know what gives those flowers life? Light. The sun has been nurturing life since before there was pokemon. And light, like hope, shines no matter what. You can call it names, try to block it out, but there's a little light in everything and everyone." Kiara looked up at him with wide eyes. "What are you saying? That I am like light?" "All I'm saying is, remeber, life is greater than just you or just me. So, remeber that you're powerful. Ultra Rare or not, you have hope, and the drive to go, on, to fight harder." He said, handing her a bejeweled hairpin, shapped like a flower. It shinned in the light. Tears glistened in her eyes, as Kiara wispered, 'thank you...' She rushed outside, and the light of so many fireflies danced across the garden. one landed on her paw, and she smiled at it, a kindred spirit. Making light in the darkness.
