use the ARROW KEYS to aim, press up arrow to fire once, S to shoot 3 bullets that spread out, and space to do rapid fire (only do this if you have 30+ ammo). Oh, and just in case you want to know, the purple bar is the lights health. The light flashes when it is hurt and can not be hurt during the time it is flashing or red. WARNING! You only have so much ammo, use it wisely and shoot ammo packs for 25 extra ammo.
