Type C, Char, or Character for Character Template. Type I, It, or Item for Item Template. Type B, Back, or Backdrop for Backdrop Template. Cernil was an OC that I made up on the spot. She's a mixture of the elemental abilities(though she mostly uses ice and electric attacks) and the parasol ability. She's MEGA BLIND and has to use her parasol as a means to guide herself. This also means that she is mostly clueless, but kind nonetheless. She was born blind, so she has had to deal with this her whole life.
