This is an unused Sonic Mania Plus backwards Super Sonic balance. Super Sonic- SMP Buttons- Scratch Music- Results- Sonic Mania Background- Scratch This balance can be seen on other consoles by using Super Sonic Blue glitch, but it was scrapped in the PC (And probably the Switch update)
